How do I enroll in the Homeowner Portal? Is the Homeowner Portal Free?
Yes! ProManage offers a unique homeowner portal experience for free for all associations under our management. Our homeowner portal offers you direct 24/7 access to your HOA dues, payments history, work order submission, events calendar and more. You can get started by visiting www.promanagehoa.com and by clicking “portal access.”
Do you offer a mobile application?
Yes! As an extension to our homeowner desktop portal, we offer a free mobile application that is available for download on both the Apple and Android devices. Search for “ProManage Experts” on your mobile app store.
How do I get in contact with my property manager?
Your assigned property manager is available by calling our office at 708-808-7884 and by choosing the correct extension. You can also email our general email inbox at support@promanagehoa.com. Please list your name and the association name and we will forward your email to your assigned property manager.
Where do I mail my monthly HOA payments?
We offer multiple convenient ways to pay your monthly HOA dues including ACH direct debit, credit/debit card, checking account e-payment as well as coupon book payments. If you choose to mail your payment, please use our lockbox address below. ( Your check must include your HOA name and account number to be processed correctly.)

How do I enroll in HOA ACH direct debit?
It’s easy and convenient! We invite you to log in to your homeowner portal and complete the “ACH Direct Debit Authorization Form” that can be found on the main page under “Forms.” Please allow 48 hours to process your enrollment once the completed form is received.
How do I report a common area maintenance issue?
Please visit our new website: www.promanagehoa.com and click portal access. Once you are signed into your portal, you can submit a work order for common elements that need servicing at your association. Our work order system will allow you to see and monitor the work order completion, upload photos, add comments and even rate the vendor!
Where is your office located?
Our office is located at 15155 S 94th Street Suite 500 Orland Park IL 60462 by appointment only. If you require to meet with your property manager, please contact them directly to schedule an appointment. Most of your questions or concerns can be resolved by calling or emailing your property manager directly. We also have an option available to meet with you via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
I prefer to mail in my monthly HOA dues. How can I request coupon books from ProManage?
We offer several easy and convenient ways to pay that saves you time and money! However, if you prefer a coupon book, please email or call your property manager directly to request the coupon book. Please note that a vendor print charge will apply to your request.
